Aim Higher starts at UF with goals for higher education

Started by students, Aim Higher Florida is a campaign that is focused on informing students and Florida residents the importance of Higher Education.

            According to the website, “Education fuels and inspires students to a lifetime of learning, discovery and success thus providing Florida with a bright future.”

            The campaign intends to raise awareness by utilizing students, business leaders, community leaders and elected leaders in Florida to spread the word of the importance of higher education.

            Also, Aim High Florida believes it is crucial to increase resources from the state budget to higher education.

            Aim Higher, according to its mission statement, “hopes to unite all students and community leaders in Florida to raise awareness on the significant impact of increasing funding for Higher Education.”
