UF Start-Up Begins New Path For Social Networking

A UF company, based in the Innovation hub, called Feathr is looking to raise funds and develop their start –up company. Feathr is a free mobile application used to bring personal and professional networking to its users.

            According to its campaign page, “Feathr streamlines the exchange of social profiles, websites, and media content as well as contact information in a touch-friendly, interactive format built for the smartphone's screen.”

         The founders are a group of six undergraduate students at the University of Florida. The co-founder and CEO is Aidan Augustin. Neal Ormsbee, co-founder and CTO, William Newton, creative director, Abhay Khurana, marketing strategist, Gabrial Busto, CIO, and Alexza Morales, brand manager have also contributed to Feathr.
